Choose who can reach you while you work
Focus modes, step by step on Samsung and Pixel phones.
Why it helps
A mode decides which people and apps can interrupt you. Set it up once, then switch it on whenever you need quiet.
What you'll notice
While the mode is on, only the people and apps you picked can make a sound.
When to use it
When you sit down to work or study, then switch on your focus mode.
How to set it up
Pick your phone.

Labels can differ. Menu names and their order vary between models and can change with a system update. If a step doesn't match your phone, search Settings for the feature name or one of its other names: Modes, Do Not Disturb, Modes and Routines, Work mode, Focus.
