Why it helps

In a basement, a thick-walled house or abroad, your calls and texts can go over Wi-Fi instead of the mobile network.

What you'll notice

Calls connect and stay clear wherever you have Wi-Fi.

How to set it up

Pick your phone.

Samsung Galaxy

  1. Phone app
  2. Settings
  3. Calls
  4. Wi-Fi calling
  1. Open the Phone app, tap the three dots, then "Settings".
  2. Find "Wi-Fi calling" (on some phones under "Calls") and turn it on.

Your mobile carrier has to support it.

Based on reports from owners and the tech press. We have not yet checked it on a phone ourselves.
